CTL6110170060 – CTL is a CartelProduct brand flat injector washer designed for certain Sprinter vans with 3.0 L and 2.1 L engines. Before purchasing, please verify with a dealer that your OEM part number is 6110170060 and that your current washer measures 15 mm × 1.56 mm. “Black death” is a known issue on Sprinter vans, and CartelProduct flat washers are engineered to provide a larger sealing surface when the injector is torqued down, unlike other brands whose non-flat washers don’t seal as effectively. A common practice to further improve sealing is annealing the copper washers once received: heat them until they turn pink, wait until they shift to orange, and then submerge in cold water. This softens the washers, enhancing their sealing performance.
